Project Approach
- Involve the project team at the proposal stage to develop the construction and safety plan.
- Establish project controls necessary to monitor and evaluate performance.
- Develop quality and welding plans.
- Communicate manpower and skill requirements to the applicable unions.
- Identify General Foremen and Foremen based on input from clients, superintendents, international union contacts and our own previous experience in the local union.
- Clearly communicate our plan and our goals to all employees at the time of hire and hold the employees accountable.
- Engineer all critical lifts.
- Maximize prefabrication to reduce field man-hours.
- Communicate to the client scope changes and important issues on a timely basis.
