Project Approach
  • Involve the project team at the proposal stage to develop the construction and safety plan.
  • Establish project controls necessary to monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Develop quality and welding plans.
  • Communicate manpower and skill requirements to the applicable unions.
  • Identify General Foremen and Foremen based on input from clients, superintendents, international union contacts and our own previous experience in the local union.
  • Clearly communicate our plan and our goals to all employees at the time of hire and hold the employees accountable.
  • Engineer all critical lifts.
  • Maximize prefabrication to reduce field man-hours.
  • Communicate to the client scope changes and important issues on a timely basis.
